COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Last Updated: 29/01/2026
To help keep Spellcasters Chronicles a safe and fun environment for everyone, these Community Guidelines describe what is and what is not allowed when playing the game and engaging with other players. Content that violates these Community Guidelines will be subject to removal, and users who violate these Guidelines may be subject to permanent bans. These Community Guidelines may be changed from time to time as our community evolves. Changes will be posted on this page. By continuing to play Spellcasters Chronicles after the Community Guidelines are updated, you agree to the latest published version of the Guidelines.
COMMUNITY ETIQUETTE
- Treat Others With Respect: Please use respectful language when interacting with other users. Be mindful about differences to avoid potential miscommunications and respect the boundaries and interests of others. We want Spellcasters Chronicles to be an enjoyable game for everyone to enjoy. Respect others in cooperative environments.
- Absolutely No Hate or Discrimination: We welcome players of different cultural backgrounds around the world. We do not tolerate any form of hate or discrimination.
- No Abusive or Harassing Behavior: Interacting with others in a way that is abusive, bullying, demeaning or derogatory, harassing, predatory, or threatening of violence is not allowed. We take threats of harm to yourself or others seriously.
- No Advertising or Solicitation: All forms of advertising and phishing sites are prohibited, including third-party top up channels, free currency promotions, etc. Seeking the game account information of others for commercial purposes, or buying or selling accounts or personal information, is not allowed. Please exercise caution if another user asks for your game account information or bank information (including but not limited to asking for your game ID and/or password, or bank account number and/or password). We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of operations you perform on third-party platforms that lack official verification.
- Keep all discussions gamefocused. Stay on topic by talking strictly about Spellcasters Chronicles—its gameplay, world, updates, and experiences. Do not discuss politics, religion, sensitive realworld controversies, or unrelated external matters.
- Report violations responsibly. Use reporting tools rather than confronting offenders publicly.
- Violations have consequences. Depending on severity, actions may include warnings, suspensions, or bans.
- Constructive feedback is encouraged. Share thoughtful suggestions. Avoid hostile or repetitive negativity.
- Guidelines evolve. We may revise these rules over time. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the current version.
CONTENT RULES
- Respect Copyrights: When reposting the creations of other individuals or entities, citing content, and posting reproductions of the creations of other individuals or entities, please be sure to obtain authorization from the original creator and credit them appropriately. If you believe that any content violates your rights or the rights of others, please report it.
- No Sensitive Topics: To ensure a friendly and safe community experience for all, controversial and sensitive topics such as pornography, nudity, political and religious content, personal information, extremism, suicide, self-harm, etc. will be taken seriously and removed accordingly.
- No Dangerous or Illegal Activities. Encouraging or participating in dangerous or illegal activities within the community (including gambling, illegal drug use, phishing, human trafficking, prostitution, doxxing, swatting, or sharing content that glorifies or incites violence) is strictly prohibited.
- No political or promotional agendas. Do not use community spaces to advance external causes, agendas, businesses, or personal marketing.
- Use of your content posted in Spellcasters Chronicles in-game social features. By posting content on the Spellcasters Chronicles in-game social features, you allow everyone, including Quantic Dream, to share and use your content freely on our social media accounts and pages without permission or compensation.
- No AI-Generated content. To uphold the authenticity and creativity that define our community, we ask that all content shared on official channels be created by humans. As such, AI-generated content (art, writing, music, etc.) is not permitted on our official platforms.
SAFETY & SECURITY
- Keep Personal Information Safe: Keep your game account information private and do not share other people’s account information. Do not post or share personal information other than display names. We strongly encourage you not to share yours. Sharing or threatening to share someone else’s personal information (including someone’s alternate account names, location, real name, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
- No Account Impersonation: Impersonating the account of another user or an official employee by means of nicknames, signatures, or other content is strictly prohibited. This behavior can lead to financial losses or even personal injury. Upon detection, we will reset the relevant account information and issue a permanent ban.
- No Account Transactions: In order to prevent potential fraud, the publication of any account transaction (such as buying and selling of accounts, gifting of accounts, soliciting an account, sharing accounts, paid third-party services, valuation of accounts, account sabotage via deletion of data from the account, etc.) is prohibited.
- Other Violations: Exploiting system loopholes, bugs, etc. for personal benefit or the benefit of others, or other dangerous behavior that the Spellcasters Chronicles team deems endanger the safety of the community, is prohibited. Any discussion on those topics is therefore prohibited too.
REPORTING
If you encounter a player not respecting the Community Guidelines, you can report them by the reporting feature within the game.
ENFORCEMENT
The type of action we’ll take for a particular violation is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on factors including severity and repeat offenses. Actions taken can range from a warning, to loss of social features, all the way to a permanent game account ban. If your account is permanently banned, you may lose all rights to access the game, virtual items, account balances, or other items that you may have earned or purchased. If you have multiple accounts, we may take action against all of your accounts.
If you think your game account or your content has been wrongly banned or removed, you can submit at SpellcastersSupport@quanticdream.com your user ID and nickname along with screenshots of the notification/message you received. We will explain the reason for the measures. If we determine that the ban was in error, we will lift the ban.
We reserve the right to the final interpretation and explanation of these Community Guidelines.
