We’re excited to announce that the second Closed Beta Weekend begins January 29.
So, what to expect?

OPTIMIZED SPECS

Following Closed Beta 1, we’ve been carefully reviewing your feedback and using it to improve the experience. One of our main focus was optimizing the game to improve the overall gameplay experience and welcome new players! Closed Beta 2 will run on the following specs:

MINIMUM

• CPU: Intel Core i5-10400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or equivalent (6 core / 12 threads)
• RAM: 16GB
• GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 2070 or Radeon RX 5700 or equivalent with at least 8 GB of VRAM

RECOMMENDED

• CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 7 2700 or equivalent (8 core / 16 threads)
• RAM: 16GB
• GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 3070 or Radeon RX 9060 XT or equivalent with at least 10 GB of VRAM
  

NEW CONTENT

In addition to all the content from the Closed Beta 1, the six playable Spellcasters, the Mausoleum arena, and the deck-building system, we are adding the harsh barren coastline of the Nordic Shore, our brand-new arena!

With it comes the second batch of spells and creatures to help you in your battles in this expanded Spellcasters Chronicles’ experience. Check out this special message from the Chronicler of Ashkenon to learn more about what's in store for Closed Beta 2!

⚠️ Players outside the server regions can still access the Closed Beta but may experience higher latency or reduced performance.

THERE IS STILL TIME TO JOIN US!

You can register either directly on the Spellcasters Chronicles Steam page or through the registration form available on our website.

Keep an eye on your inbox; keys will be distributed a couple of days before the Beta. If you're not selected right away, don't worry! We'll keep granting access throughout the weekend to give a chance to as many players as possible to try out the game.

If you already got access to the Closed Beta 1, you will automatically have access to the second Closed Beta! No need to do anything on your part. You will find the game directly in your Library!

FOUNDER'S PACKS

Alongside the Closed Beta 2, we’re introducing Founder's Packs, available in four tiers, with each tier offering additional rewards over the previous one. Players who purchase a Founder's Pack will be able to use the included exclusive in-game cosmetic content during the duration of the Closed Beta 2, giving an early taste of what’s to come. All items included in these packs will then fully unlock at the start of Early Access, carrying over into the next phase of the game.
